 Surrounding Key West are the tiny islands that make up the Key West backcountry. These mangrove islands are awash with tidal waters and in coordination with the grass flats provide this area with an ample amount of nutrients and bait fish for larger predators to feed on.
Backcountry fishing is BY FAR the most popular fishing charter in Key West because it offers high volume of fish and species, calm waters, beautiful scenery and tremendous afford ability. Bay Boats can take up to 4 persons (3 or less is reccomended) and show everyone a great day on the water without sea sickness or boredom.
